North Rocks Residence
New Build | Currently Under Construction
A full knock down and rebuild designed around two things: a family that needed space to live, and a home built for people who love to entertain.
The brief was clear, a contemporary home that could handle the demands of a large family without ever feeling like it. Five bedrooms, five bathrooms, formal and informal living, a dedicated rumpus, and a swimming pool, all designed to flow together with intention rather than just scale.
Every space has been considered in the context of how the family actually lives. The formal living area is designed to impress without feeling untouchable. The family room is where real life happens. The kitchen sits at the heart of it all, anchoring the home the way a good kitchen should.
We are currently on site and watching this one come to life.
Port Elliot Residence
Renovation | Currently Under Construction
Some homes don't need to be reimagined, they need to be settled. This Port Elliot renovation was exactly that. A couple's primary residence on the South Australian coast, redesigned around one clear intention: calm.
The brief was simple and the execution deliberate. Warm natural oak, soft plaster walls, a herringbone floor that runs throughout and ties every space together. Nothing competes, nothing shouts. Each room feels like a quiet exhale, which is exactly what life by the sea should feel like.
The kitchen sits at the heart of the home, practical and considered, with a picture window framing the green beyond. The living and dining spaces open into each other generously, designed for two people who want to feel at home, not on display.
