I'm Mary and I'll make sure your renovation is worth everything you're putting into it.

You've got strong taste. You've been thinking about this home for a long time. You've saved ideas, had conversations, maybe even got a quote or two. But you're stuck, because moving forward means making a lot of decisions you don't fully know how to make, trusting people you haven't met yet, and spending a lot of money on something you can't afford to get wrong.

That's where I come in.

What I actually do

I design homes that go further than my clients expected, and I run the project with the discipline of my old financial advisory career, so what gets built is what we designed.

I treat design and project management as one job, because that's genuinely how renovations work best. I'll see things you won't. I'll walk into your house and see what it could become. I'll suggest things you wouldn't have thought of yourself. And when I know a choice is right, I'll tell you, even if it's braver than you'd have gone alone. That's why my clients end up with homes they really love, not just homes that match the brief.

I'll document every detail before your builder picks up a tool. Every fixture, finish, and dimension is decided upfront. Your builder quotes accurately. The trades know what to do. Nothing's left to guess at.

I'll hold the whole thing together. You'll deal with one person, which is me. You won't be chasing updates, second-guessing decisions, or sorting out problems on a Friday night.

Why this matters

Your home shapes your days and how you feel in your own space. A well-designed home is one of the best investments you'll make in how you live. But only if it's actually delivered the way it was designed, on the budget you agreed to, without costing you your sanity along the way.
